Prior to drinking Matcha, we recommend tasting small portions of KEIKO all natural sweets, specially the Mapans.

How to prepare Matcha?

1. Warm up the Matcha bowl with a ladle of hot water to soften up the bamboo Matcha whisk.

2. Discard the water.

3. Dry the bowl with a silk cloth.

4. Put KEIKO Matcha powder in the Matcha bowl (half a teaspoon or more).

5. Pour hot water slowly and in circular motion against the edge of the bowl.

6. Whisk the Matcha powder to introduce air into it and make it light and frothy. Whisk fast in a back and forth motion for approximately 45 seconds or until all of the powder has dissolved in the water and is light and frothy. 

7. Taste and enjoy!
